Clients with thick hair density will not be approved for booking at this time.
HAIR PREP REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)
To ensure a smooth and timely appointment, hair must arrive:
• Freshly washed
• Fully blow-dried or silk-pressed
• Completely detangled
• Free of oils, creams, leave-ins, or styling products
