Cancellation Policy

You must cancel 24 hours before your appointment for your booking fee to be applied to a future appointment; as long as you reschedule within 7 days. You must speak with me to reschedule, attempting to re book online will result in another booking fee. There are no refunds on booking fees. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will forfeit your booking fee.
